I believe in providing my clients with a warm, safe environment to explore issues and challenges that may be preventing them from living the life they want. My goal is to guide clients to explore ways to make changes in their lives so they can look forward to the future with hope.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Education in Counseling. I have served as a public-school teacher, school counselor and as a private practice therapist with almost 20 years of experience.
I use a variety of approaches to help my clients, depending on their individual needs, including EMDR. I believe in play therapy to foster healthy behavior and communication in children.
